Our Father

….Our Lord God, the only God

Who art in heaven

…..Who reigns high above us in place of beauty we cannot even conceive

Hallowed be thy name

….Holy is just the speaking of His name. How lucky we are to be able to call the name of the Lord.

Thy kingdom come

….Someday, any day he will bring heaven to earth for us. So generous, so loving is He that we all will receive a kingdom.

Thy will be done

…..Only God decides what happens every second or every hour of our lives then, now and forever. 

On earth as it is in heaven

….Don’t think for a minute he isn’t as interested in us down here as he is up there.

Give this day our daily bread

….Give us food for our soul, our hearts. We are filled.

And forgive us our trespasses

….Born unto our sinful selves we need forgiveness every day. We are so not perfect or worthy.

As we forgive those who trespass against us

….If only we could be as forgiving to those who hurt us as God is to us.

And lead us not into temptation

….Help us live like Christ in righteousness. Try , just try.

But deliver us from evil

….Read  the paper, watch the news. Don’t think the fallen angel isn’t after our souls every day, we need to the protection of our Father.

For thine is the power

….Love. Love is infinite is power.

And the glory

….Praise Him, for he is worthy.

Forever and ever

….He never stops loving us, never
