Ok, I was really discouraged last night and this morning. I mean really really in the dark hole. But then with all the bad things that happened to me yesterday, this morning my husband called and said someone purposely hit and moved my satellite dish. Yeah, I know it’s just TV, it’s so worldly. But that was the final straw. The devil showed himself this time. I was blaming myself for all my woes yesterday but now it’s so on.
Hey satan, (notice I refuse to capitalize that name) listen and listen good, God Is on my side and no matter what I will not leave Him or my faith. You can take my comforts of the world. All the little things that give me happiness, music and laughter but I still have that Bible next to my bed and it’s not going anywhere and neither am I.
Is that all you got? You really think that will make me turn from God. You almost had me fooled yesterday into thinking I was a bad Christian. Well I’m back. The tough Christian, the one with armor, and weapons provided by and made by God.
So when you take my TV and my internet, and my mp3 player remember I still have a very Good Book to read.
